1. Do you have branches in other cities ?
No. Since this is an online training institution we do not need to have branches all over the country. We conduct our enquiries and other administrative functions by email.

2. What is the duration of the course ?
Assuming the student studies @1 hr a day everyday each module would take about one month to complete. Therefore 8 modules would take 8 months. However the duration is flexible both ways, i.e. faster/slower if necessary.
The whole concept of an online course is to study at your pace, at your time, and at your place.
This saves time, tension and temptation to compete.

3. How do I appear for the exam ?
The exam is in the form of a project that has to be submitted after each module. This has to be completed and sent within 10 days (of getting the question paper) again by email.

4. How do I get started ?
Please deposit a cheque favoring India Institute of Real Estate - HDFC Bank Aundh Branch, Pune. A/c no: 00521000056922. You can deposit the cheque at any HDFC bank in your city, or mail it to our Pune office. INDIA INSTITUTE OF REAL ESTATE, ORCHARD Suite 400, Dr. Pai Marg, Nachiket Park, Baner, Pune - 411045, INDIA. After you send the cheque you need to send an email to accounts@iire.co.in providing them your name, cheque number, city and branch from where it has been sent. Once the cheque is realized we will send you an email with your log-in id and password. Then go to our website and go to student log-in. There fill in your details and you will be taken to the course material.

5. Is this a degree course ?
IIRE is a certificate course certified by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education. On successful completion of all 8 modules you will receive a hard copy of the certificate from IIRE. If you are looking to start your own real estate business you will be eligible to become a member of National Association of Realtors, India.

8. What is the minimum qualification required ?
