IIRE has been accredited by National Association of Realtors®, U.S.A to offer real estate certification programs in India. This gives you the unique opportunity of earning the REALTOR® designation (which is a trade mark of the NAR, USA) on completion of the Course. You have to first become a member of IIRE in order to be eligible for the NAR membership and network with Property Consultants across more than 50 countries world wide.

• The Principles and Practices of Real Estate Course fee is Rs. 12,500 for the study materials and obtaining a certificate.
• The Annual Membership to the India Institute of Real Estate is of Rs. 2,500/- per year.

OPTIONAL: International Association Membership

• On completion of this course you are eligible to join the National Association of Realtors as an International member. The International Member annual due is USD$ 100.00 (USD$ 75 is annual membership fees of NAR & USD$ 30 is one time processing fees) and upon becoming an International Member of NAR you can then use the REALTOR logo officially on all your stationery, advertisements and all promotional material in your business.
  
  3 basic ingredients for getting NAR membership.
  - First, finish the IIRE course
  - Second, apply for membership to their local association
  - Third, apply to NAR after they have become a member of the local NAR-INDIA city association to become a international member of NAR-INDIA.
